Technical support

We offer maintenance during warranty/post warranty for multiple operator networks with different vendor technologies: Alcatel-Lucent, ADVA, Infinera and Ciena. We offer warranty/post warranty support in Central Europe: Romania, Hungary and Germany:

  • 4 hours on-site support;
  • 4 hours restore/repair for service-affecting incidents;
  • 24 hours repair for non-service-affecting incidents.

We ensure a SLA of up to 4 hours time to be on site. We are able to offer FLM (First Line Maintenance) in other parts of Europe, with a SLA of up to 4 hours time to be on site.
