We offer comprehensive maintenance during and post-warranty for multiple operator networks, providing expert support across a diverse range of vendor technologies including Adtran, Oscilloquartz, Juniper, Arista, Alcatel-Lucent, Infinera (now part of Nokia), and Ciena. Our technical team is highly specialized in supporting critical infrastructure, including full-spectrum DWDM transport capabilities, Fiber Monitoring, Synchronization, and Layer 2 Solutions.

We provide dedicated support across Central Europe, including Romania, Hungary, and Germany, with the following service standards:

  • 4 hours on-site support;
  • 4 hours restore/repair for service-affecting incidents;
  • 24 hours repair for non-service-affecting incidents.

We ensure a SLA of up to 4 hours time to be on site. We are able to offer FLM (First Line Maintenance) in other parts of Europe, with a SLA of up to 4 hours time to be on site.
